All members must be qualified individuals that have experience in or are academically affiliated with solid waste management and/or related fields. Members may be: Chartered, Associate, Young Professional, Affiliate or Organization.
This is a class of membership for applicants that have: a bachelor’s degree with 12 years relevant experience or master’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience or PhD degree with 7 years of relevant experience in the solid waste management sector. Membership to this category requires the submission of an application form, a CV, and motivation letter that are subject to the review and approval of the Board of Directors. The board of directors and/or membership committee may request additional documents from applicants, such as specific reference or other documents deemed necessary.
This is a class of membership for applicants with at minimum a bachelor’s degree in waste management, environmental management, environmental engineering or other related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the waste management sector. Membership to this category requires the submission of an application form, a CV, and motivation letter that are subject to the review and approval of the Board of Directors. The board of directors and/or membership committee may request additional documents from applicants, such as specific reference or other documents deemed necessary.
This is a class of membership for applicants who have proven interest in the solid waste management sector.
This is a class of membership for applicants who are currently pursuing or already have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline relevant to waste management, environmental management, or environmental engineering, or other related field with less than 5 years of experience.
